Courtney
Edgecomb
PT, DPT
Courtney is a pelvic health physical therapist passionate about providing clients with empowerment and confidence to return to the activities they love through education, body awareness, movement, and wellness practices.
She enjoys working with patients of all genders to overcome conditions including pelvic pain, bladder leakage, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation, etc that commonly interfere with daily activities, exercise, and athletic performance. Courtney graduated in 2017 from Northeastern University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and continues to learn through both evidence-based and clinical practice.
She is the Co-Owner of Regenerative Edge Physical Therapy & Wellness alongside her husband, Patrick. Courtney is also active in the Greater New Haven community with various wellness companies and birthing networks to further awareness about pelvic health and improve collaborative care between providers and their patients. Outside of the clinic Courtney gets creative in the kitchen, finds movement in the gym or outside, loves opening a new book.

Catherine chagnon
PT, DPT
Catherine is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for helping her patients regain their power and independence to live more fully and enjoy life’s moments. Catherine graduated in 1994 from the University of Connecticut and now, with nearly 30 years of experience in the field, has turned her focus to treating patients with pelvic health issues.
Since completing advanced coursework through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, Catherine enjoys working with patients of all genders to overcome conditions including pelvic pain, incontinence, constipation, painful sex, pelvic organ prolapse and postpartum issues such as diastasis recti. Arming her patients with a better knowledge of their bodies, the importance of movement and wellness practices, Catherine loves helping her clients succeed.
When not in the clinic, Catherine loves travelling with her husband and spending time with her three daughters. She enjoys moving her body whether it’s yoga, Pilates, or kickboxing. She can often be found outside tending to her garden or tossing the ball with her pups Skye and Cooper.
About Pelvic Health Physical Therapy
The pelvic floor is a group of muscles in the pelvis that controls urinary, bowel, and sexual function as well as core support. Symptoms such as pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, urinary urgency/frequency, pain with sex or other sexual activity changes, constipation, lower back pain and core weakness often are due to changes in the pelvic floor, our nervous system, and adaptive strategies throughout our body. We are here to help you navigate these common and treatable issue.
