Courtney is a pelvic health physical therapist passionate about providing clients with empowerment and confidence to return to the activities they love through education, body awareness, movement, and wellness practices.

She enjoys working with patients of all genders to overcome conditions including pelvic pain, bladder leakage, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation, etc that commonly interfere with daily activities, exercise, and athletic performance. Courtney graduated in 2017 from Northeastern University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and continues to learn through both evidence-based and clinical practice.

She is the Co-Owner of Regenerative Edge Physical Therapy & Wellness alongside her husband, Patrick. Courtney is also active in the Greater New Haven community with various wellness companies and birthing networks to further awareness about pelvic health and improve collaborative care between providers and their patients.

Outside of the clinic she finds joy in the kitchen, loves to read, enjoys morning walks, looks forward to a new weightlifting challenge, and snuggles with her cats Billie and Henley. Ask her all about it during your next session!

About Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

The pelvic floor is a group of muscles in the pelvis that controls urinary, bowel, and sexual function as well as core support.  Symptoms such as pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, urinary urgency/frequency, sexual changes, constipation, lower back pain and core weakness often are due to changes in the pelvic floor.  We are here to help you navigate these common and treatable issue.  Our therapists work with you to discover the root causes of your symptoms and provide a specific treatment program that meets your unique needs, functional goals and lifestyle.

Our Approach is to Act Well

While our practice focuses on issues with the pelvic floor, our method is to treat the whole person.  First and foremost is communication – asking questions and actively listening.  Through this process, we will learn about your challenges, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, and daily routines as well as your goals and desired outcomes. We will integrate this information into our Act Well Method to provide the most beneficial treatment program that restores your quality of life.

We will listen to and make every effort to understand your story. You will learn to listen to your muscles, nervous system, and patterns.

Facilitate and strengthen your deep core to retrain your muscles and patterns

Begin integrating functional movement and gradually return to activities that used to be a challenge

Build lifestyle practices that assist you in reaching and maintaining your goals
