Symptoms such as pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, urinary urgency/frequency, sexual changes, constipation, lower back pain and core weakness often are due to changes in the pelvic floor. Through this process, we will learn about your challenges, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, and daily routines as well as your goals and desired outcomes. We will integrate this information to provide the most beneficial treatment program that restores your quality of life.
We will listen to and make every effort to understand your story. You will learn to listen to your muscles, nervous system, and patterns.
